This policy describes how MONEYTRACK (hereinafter "MoneyTrack" or "We"), publisher of tyris.fr, processes personal data collected via the contact form available on this site.

It is established in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended.

2. Data collected

When submitting the contact form, We collect:

  • Business email — required, needed to respond to you.
  • First and last name — required, to personalize the response.
  • Company and role — required, to qualify the request.
  • Phone — optional, makes a call-back easier.
  • Free-text message — optional.
  • Truncated IP address and browser user-agent — collected automatically to combat fraudulent submissions (spam). The IP is anonymized at collection (last IPv4 octet zeroed, /48 prefix for IPv6).

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Process your request and follow up — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Security and abuse prevention (anti-spam, rate-limiting) — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Recipients

Your data is accessible only to MoneyTrack's commercial and technical staff authorized to handle requests. No data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Hosting and transfers outside the EU

Data hosting is provided by Google Cloud EMEA Limited (Dublin region, Ireland), acting as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR. Your data is stored and processed within the European Union. Any occasional transfer outside the EU would be governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention period

Form data is kept twenty-four (24) months from collection, in line with the retention period recommended by France's data-protection authority (CNIL) for B2B prospecting. You may request early deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.

Send your request to contact@tyris.fr, with proof of identity if needed. We commit to replying within one month maximum.

8. Cookies and trackers

The site uses no audience-measurement cookies or advertising trackers requiring consent. No identifying personal data is stored locally.

9. Security

MoneyTrack implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data: encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), access control, IP anonymization, automatic deletion at expiry.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in regulation or our practices. The version in force is the one published at this address, with the update date shown at the top.
